Do-It-Yourself hobbies are any tasks or services you like to do yourself rather than paying somebody to do for you. This could be car maintenance, gardening, house decoration, plumbing, painting, growing your own vegetables, or brewing your own beer.

A hobby to one person may be what another person do for a living. The car mechanic may be growing roses as his hobby, while the gardener is overhauling vintage cars as his. It's all about doing what you feel a passion for.
